  NOVELTY - Forming of nanostructures and solid-phase nanostructured materials
with the assigned geometric distribution, comprises controlling action of laser
emission on the model, in which the matrix with the regulated structure is made,
where the nanoparticles are precipitated on the cold base layer depending on the
topological features of matrices.
  USE - The method is useful for forming nanostructures and solid-phase
nanostructured materials with the assigned geometric distribution.

  Technology Focus
  INSTRUMENTATION AND TESTING - Preferred Components: The material with the
nanostructured surface is used as the model. The nanoporous material (mesoporous
materials and nanoporous carbon) is used as the model. The base layer for
spraying nanoparticles is made from transparent material for the laser emission
from the assigned long wave. The non-transparent base layers are used, in which
an opening is made for the passage of laser emission. The monolayer is carried
out by using the same base layer. The matrix is carried out on the base layer,
and the precipitation of particles is produced on the model. The precipitation
of nanoparticles is carried out by gas.
