In the middle of the piers is a valve gate beam, under which is an anti-seepage pile wall driven deeply into the foundation soil. Pile bars are watertightly connected to each other and connect to the culvert body pile wall for anti-seepage. The pile top connects to the valve gate beam, and the valve gate beam combines with the piers for water regulation. The precast culvert can combine water and roan transportation conveniently. Due to the pre-eminence in structure, the engineering conception of erecting precast concrete members in the middle of natural river bed, without banquette embankment and construction diversion, the cost for site clearance compensation is reduced, and the construction progression is faster, resulting in high socio-economic efficiency and environmental friendliness.
